Biography
Dr Chalmers is a Nephrologist providing care for people with all aspects of chronic kidney disease with an interest in cardiometabolic risk factor management. She provides patient-centered care with a focus on supporting health for the whole person and maintaining quality of life.
Dr Chalmers moved to Armidale in 2013 after completing specialist training in Nephrology through hospitals across Sydney and beyond including Prince of Wales, Royal North Shore, St George, Wollongong and finally Royal Darwin Hospital. Dr Chalmers maintains strong links with Tamworth and John Hunter nephrology units for transplantation and acute nephrology services.
